Before you get in touch
How quickly will someone respond?
Inquiries sent through this form reach the team directly and are answered on the next working day. If your request is time-critical, say so in the message and include a deadline, and it will be prioritized.
What happens in a demo?
A demo is a working session rather than a slide deck. We walk through capture, classification, extraction and routing against document types that match your own intake, and cover how confidence thresholds and human review are configured. Expect roughly 45 minutes.
Can we test Contellect One with our own documents?
Yes. Seeing the platform against a demo dataset tells you very little, because the interesting cases are the scanned, rotated, multi-page and mixed-language documents that arrive in real intake. We will agree a secure way to share a representative sample before the session.
What should we prepare before getting in touch?
It helps to know roughly which document types dominate your volume, where they arrive from, what happens to them today, and which system they need to end up in. None of that is required to book a conversation, but it makes the first one far more useful.
Who do we contact about security, privacy or legal questions?
Security and vulnerability reports go to security@contellect.com, privacy questions to privacy@contellect.com, and contractual or legal matters to legal@contellect.com. Our Trust Center covers SOC 2 certification, AI governance and how customer content is handled.
Do you support on-premise deployment and data residency requirements?
Yes. Contellect One runs in cloud and on-premise environments, so content can stay inside a specific jurisdiction or inside your own infrastructure. Tell us the constraint you are working to and we will confirm the deployment model that fits.
What file formats and languages are supported?
Contellect One handles more than 130 file formats, including scanned images and PDFs, office documents and email. Optical character recognition and language detection run before classification, so image-only and mixed-language documents are treated the same as digital ones. All Latin-script languages are supported, along with Arabic, including documents that mix Arabic and a Latin-script language in the same file.
How long does an implementation usually take?
It depends far more on how clearly the document categories are defined than on the technology. Projects normally start with one high-volume document type, run in parallel with the existing process long enough to compare outcomes, and expand from there. Agreeing the decision criteria for ambiguous cases is usually the longest part, and it is worth doing properly.
Do you work with implementation partners?
Yes. Contellect One is deployed both directly and alongside systems integrators and consulting partners already working with a customer. If you have an incumbent partner, tell us who and we will work out the right split rather than duplicating effort.
Are you hiring?
Open roles are listed at jobs.contellect.com. Please apply there rather than through this form, so applications reach the right people.
